It seems like there is a housing shortage in so many places, and Austin is certainly one of them! New neighborhoods and master planned communities are popping all the time as we move farther out from the city. Turns out, other places in the country are also seeing a big boom in new construction homes (spoiler alert: Austin did not make the list of the top 10). Here is the list of the top 10 spots.
