For 25 years, I have helped Austin-area buyers and sellers navigate real estate with confidence—but my passion is helping people make the right move for the next chapter of life.

With a particular focus on Lake Travis and communities west of Austin as well as extensive experience throughout Central Texas, I bring a unique perspective on the challenges aging adults and their families face as they buy, sell, downsize, or transition to a new living situation. As a Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) and former Seniors Real Estate Institute master trainer, I understand that these moves are about much more than real estate—they’re about lifestyle, timing, family, finances, and what comes next.

My approach is highly personal and practical. I help clients explore their options, develop a plan, and navigate everything from preparing and marketing a longtime home to finding the right next home. Through my Turnkey Transitions™ concierge service, I can also coordinate the many details that come with a move—including sorting, staging, moving, and setting up the new home.

Whether you’re selling a longtime home, looking for the perfect next home, or simply wondering what your options are, I look forward to sharing with you my experience, trusted resources, and a genuine commitment to making the transition easier.
