The factors considered in making these rankings include Job Market, Value, Quality of Life, Desirability, and Net Migration.
How did Austin rank in those five categories? Austin scored a whopping 9/10 for Net Migration and Desirability, which are the largest factors in Austin obtaining the #1 spot.
