Austin always has a ton of great events, festivals, concerts and more no matter what time of year it is. Here are some top activities to do around the city in August.

Quesoff – 8/25/18. Love queso? Then you’ll love this event! 30 vendors will go head to head in four categories – Spicy, Meaty, Veggie and Wild Card. Come taste these exciting concoctions by purchasing a bag of chips for $5. For more information, visit www.mohawkaustin.com.

Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival – 8/26/18. Come check out this event presented by the Austin Chronicle and taste a variety of salsas at one of the world’s largest hot sauce festivals right here in Austin! For more information, visit www.austinchronicle.com.

Out of Bounds Comedy Festival – 8/28/18-9/3/18. Get ready to laugh as comedians from around the country come to Austin to show off their best material. There is also a mini-golf tournament! For more information, visit www.outofboundscomedy.com.
